Update to our Coronavirus Statement following the Governments announcement to enter another National Lockdown.

Following the new announcement from the UK Government to put England into a national lockdown we are taking the opportunity to update our Covid-19 statement. Covid-19 is still a threat to customers and businesses so, we are taking all  precautionary measures necessary to keep you and us safe during these times.

With the move into a national lockdown this means restrictions have been placed in areas that we operate however, those working outside are still allowed to operate having implemented and practice safe working and Covid-19 measures.

  • We will maintain a minimum of 1m social distancing, and our team will wear masks when attending quotations.
  • We are maintaining our high hygiene standards as one of our top priorities.
  • Whilst undertaking garden works, please maintain social distancing guidelines by ensuring a 2-metre gap between the team and yourselves. Where this may not be possible please maintain at least a 1 metre gap.
  • We pride ourselves on being relatively self-sufficient, although there are instances where we require access to electricity and water whilst working. If you are able to ensure that these are accessible prior to our arrival at your property, that will help to limit any contact.
  • If you are becoming unwell/show symptoms, please inform the team and our office as soon as possible so we can take any appropriate measures required.
  • We will inform you immediately if any of our team become unwell or show signs or symptoms.

  • Whilst undertaking garden works, we would like to request that we adhere to social distancing guidelines by ensuring a 2 metre gap between the team and yourselves.
